The Butte County Veterans Stand Down is an all-volunteer group that works year-round to ensure a successful event. Thank you for visiting our website.
We are a charitable non-profit organization that relies on our community for funding. Please donate today (link below) and return often to see how we're doing. Check out our Facebook and/or Instagram for fundraiser updates.
We had a very successful 2024 event. We had over 60 service providers; government agencies and non-profit organizations that provided resources and information to over 400 veterans that attended this free event.
We will have opportunities to register as a veteran, a volunteer, or a service provider as we approach the 2025 event in October. See the Registration page for details.
The Butte County Veterans Stand Down Committe is grateful to the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 582 for sponsoring Stand Down for the initial two years. We are thankful to our Community Partners listed below that continue to support our goals and provide much needed financial and physical help throughout the year. We are also grateful to the North Valley Community Foundation for creating the Butte County Veterans Stand Down fund that accepts tax deductible contributions to financially support our operations.
